Routine Script
If you're anything like me, maintaining a routine is hardwork. So I created a simple script that let's you remember tasks on your Linux device. Simply set the script to run on startup and you will be reminded everyday!
Or don't you can always write it down lol. I just prefer the digital method.
Universal Morning Routine

Wake up at a consistent time
Helps set your internal clock and builds good sleep hygiene. -
Drink a glass of water
Hydrates your body after hours without fluids. -
Stretch or move for 5–10 minutes
Gentle stretches, yoga, or a short walk to wake up your body. -
Do a quick mindfulness moment
Deep breathing, meditation, or just standing still and setting an intention for the day. -
Eat a nourishing breakfast (or light snack)
Something with protein and/or fiber to start steady energy (if you eat breakfast). -
Review your day
Review your day
Check your calendar, jot down top 3 priorities, or do a quick journal entry. -
Personal hygiene (shower, teeth, etc.)
Get ready so you feel fresh and put together.
